Bab — the gate

Four doors, one gate

Bab means gate. Behind each door is a different way into Moroccan culture — cooked, carried and served by people who learned it that way.

Abdallah Sebban

A trained chef and a hospitality management graduate. The tajine still does not get rushed — every dish cooks slowly in a clay pot, the way he learned it. What reaches the counter is what would reach the table at home.
